Refund policy

Thank you for your interest in our friendly return policy. 

At DJeventgear.com we want to make the process seamless, simple and transparent so that you can continue to trust our service.

We have a 30-day return policy (Starts from date of purchase).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects:

We always want our customers to be happy, but hey things happen right? 

In the case of shipping damage or defect, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note: If your item is received with shipping damage and we are not alerted within 7 business days of receiving the order,  it will limit what we are able to do.   Help us, help you :-)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: All returns for refund will be issued a 15% restocking fee, we will waive this fee if the customer accepts "Store credit" instead.
