We have a 30-day return policy (Starts from date of purchase).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Opened items that are returned will have a 15% restocking fee applied.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are deemed "Defective" will receive a shipping label to cover the cost back. If there is nothing wrong with the item, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to DJEVENTGEAR.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and refused at cost of the sender.
Damages and Defects:
We always want our customers to be happy, but hey things happen right?
In the case of shipping damage or defect, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: If your item is received with shipping damage and we are not alerted within 7 business days of receiving the order, it will limit what we are able to do. Help us, help you :-)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days once an item is received back for processing.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well once it is issued by DJEVENTGEAR.
Please note: All returns for refund that are "Un-Sealed" or show signs that they were "Opened" will be issued a 15% restocking fee.
If you wish to have this fee waived, simply take "Store credit" instead and we will waive this fee.
