Shipping costs:

Most orders over $50 qualify for FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING (1-12 business days) however in some cases, oversized or freight charges may be necessary in which charges are based off of what and where we are shipping.

Domestic and International Shipping:

We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States through our website.  If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us to obtain a shipping rates for your order manually.

We do not ship internationally other than to Canada, if you are a Canadian customer please contact us to obtain shipping rates for your order manually.

Order processing times:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday within 24 hours and shipped via UPS Ground or USPS priority or medial mail (Whichever makes the most sense) and the estimated transit time is between 1-12 business days. 

If you require faster shipping and want to ensure you get a product on a specific date, please contact us to set it up manually.

Order handling times:

Most orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm EST will ship the same day, otherwise your order is usually shipped with tracking information issued within 24 hours.

Cancelation policy:

Once an order is placed, we can not guarantee cancelation requests.  However we will do our best to stop an order whenever we can to help.  If you need to cancel and order that has already been placed and has not been issued tracking information please contact us.

Potential shipping delays:

Please be advised that inclement weather outside of our control, national holidays as well as other UPS and USPS off days also may slow down a shipment.  If you require us to accommodate a special date for your delivery, please feel free to contact us.
